• Security check (doors, windows, signs of entry, obvious damage)
• Basic mechanical/utility oversight (heat/AC settings, breakers/GFCIs as needed, dehumidifiers/sump pumps if present)
• Exterior condition check (siding/trim, decks/stairs/railings, drainage/pooling water, visible storm wear)

• Rapid on-site response for alarms, storm events, suspected leaks, or urgent issues
• Immediate damage assessment and stabilization when possible (temporary protection, shutoffs, securing access)
• Coordination of qualified trades and repairs
• Ongoing communication until the issue is resolved

• Meet and supervise approved vendors (HVAC, electrician, plumber, pest control, etc.)
• Coordinate small repairs and preventative maintenance
