- Damage assessment and temporary stabilization when possible
- Coordination of qualified trades and repairs
- Ongoing communication until the issue is resolved
Vendor & property support
- Meet and supervise approved vendors
- Coordinate small repairs and preventative maintenance
- Help schedule cleaners for turnovers, seasonal arrivals or deep cleans
- Confirm agreed work has been completed
